摘要
本实验将线型酚醛树脂与氯化聚乙烯的干混物置于球磨机内,在液氮的温度下进行球磨,用这种方法来制备共聚物。经过力化学处理过的混合物用二甲苯和丙酮逐一浸取。对浸取液和剩余物分别进行红外光谱分析,发现共聚物只可溶于二甲苯,在丙酮溶液和剩余物中只有均聚物。结果表明该共聚物是一个接枝共聚物,较短的线型酚醛链段接枝于较长的氯化聚乙烯分子链上。该共聚物可作为酚醛树脂与氯化聚乙烯的相容剂,提高酚醛塑料的冲击性能。
A dry-blend of novolic (a two-stage phenolic resin) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was milled with a ball- mill at temperature of lipuid N2.By means of the method a copo-lymer was prepared. The blend treated mechanically was extracted by xylon and aceton one by one. IR spectrum of the extractive solutions and residue were studied respectively. It was found that the copolymer can be dissolved only by xylon, and there are homopoly-mers in aceton solution and in the residue.The results indicate the copolymer to be a graft copolymer in which short chains of novolic are grafted on long chains of CPE. The graft-copolymer can be used as compatible agent for binary mixture of phenolic and CPE. it can improve impact resistance of phenolic plastics.
