摘要
本工作借助扫描电镜、拉曼光谱、X射线衍射、透射电镜以及浸润性测定、化学分析等手段,对各种条件下表面处理的碳纤维形貌变化、表面及内部结构的变化以及表面官能团的变化进行了初步的研究。结果表明:用浓硝酸或混酸对碳纤维表面改性的效果是显著。
In this work, the change oi internal structure and surface, morphology and surface function group of carbon fiber treated with various conditions has been studied primarily by the aid of scanning electron microscope, Raman spectroscope, X-Ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, soakage analysis and chemical analysis.The result shows that, the concentrated nitric acid and mix acid have a obvious effect to the chemical modification of carbon fiber surface.
