摘要
冬小麦新品种兰天21号是兰州商学院小麦研究所以品系85-173-4为母本、抗源材料保丰6号为父本杂交选育而成。在2004-2006年天水市和甘肃省陇南片半山组区域试验中，两年平均折合产量5534.3 kg/hm^2，较对照品种咸农4号增产16.04%。2005-2006年度山旱地生产示范平均产量5250.0-8443.5 kg/hm^2，表现丰产性好。经甘肃省农业科学院植物保护研究所对条锈菌的接种鉴定，苗期对混合菌中抗至中感，成株期对条中29号、条中31号、条中32号和致病类型水4、水7、水14均免疫，对混合菌免疫至中抗，中抗白粉病。籽粒含粗蛋白14.62%、赖氨酸0.64%。适宜在陇南的半山区、塬区和高海拔旱川地种植。
Lantian 21 was a new winter wheat cultivar bred by crossing with the parental combination of 85-173-4/ Baofeng 6. The average yield of Lantian 21 was 5 534. 3 kg/hm^2 and 16. 04% higher than of the check Xiannong 4 in winter wheat regional test which was conducted during the period 2004-2006 in the semi-mountainous area of Tianshui city and Longnan district. In 2005-2006,the average yield was 5 250. 0-8 443.5 kg/hm^2 in the productive demonstration of the nonirrigated field. By inoculating identification in Institute of Plant Protection of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Science, the result showed that Lantian 21 was moderate resistance or moderate susceptibility to stripe rust at the seedling stage, while at the adult stage, this cuhivar was immune to CY 29,CY 31 ,CY32,Shui 4,Shui 7,Shui 14 and immune or moderate resistance to mixture race. In addition, Lantian 21 was moderate resistance to powdery mildew. The result also indicated that seed crude protein and lysine were respectively 14. 62% and 0. 64%. Semi-mountainous area, plateau and non-irrigated and high-altitude valley were the optional areas for Lantian 21.
