摘要
全面分析乡镇环境中对电动自行车的特殊需求和脚踏车辆的通行人机设计规范。根据需求差异对电动车进行改进设计,并设计新的人体表面反求方法,得到近似实际受压情况下人体曲面的模型,改进设计座垫等关键部件。
Special requirements of countryside used electric bikes and widely used design standards are analyzed. Improvements are made to the design of motor-assisted bicycles based on different requirements. New method of reverse engineering is practiced to get the shape of human body under press and critical parts of cushions are redesigned.
