摘要
介绍了集装箱码头布局方案综合评价指标体系的建立方法,并提出了一种专家咨询法和模糊层次分析法相结合的评价指标权值确定方法,应用该方法评价集装箱码头布局方案,其结果更趋合理。
This paper introduces a method to setup an index system in comprehensive evaluation for layout of container terminal and puts forward a kind of way to determine the weights of the indexes by combination of experts＇consultancy and fuzzy analysis of hierarchy process （ Delphi and FAHP）. The application indicates its validity.
