摘要
就公允价值在国内外的运用状况进行了介绍及原因分析,认为在2001年的准则中取消公允价值是不恰当的。公允价值自身具有的优点以及在债务重组中运用的可行性和适当性,决定了公允价值在我国债务重组中运用的重要性。随着我国市场经济地位的确定、金融体系的完善、法律法规的加强,会计制度准则的日趋完善,债务重组准则中将重新恢复公允价值的运用,公允价值将重新活跃在历史的舞台上。
Fair value has its own advantages, feasibility and suitability in debt restructuring, which determines the importance in debt restructuring. With the establishment of China＇s market economy status, perfection of financial system, strengthening of laws and regulations, and the perfection of accounting standards in China, fair value will be reused in debt restructuring. Fair value will be re-active in the historical arena.
