摘要
阐述了中央关于社会主义新农村建设20字方针的内涵,从"六新",即新农民、新产业、新村庄、新组织、新环境和新服务方面论述社会主义新农村建设的重点,最后提出社会主义新农村建设应主要实施的政策措施,包括确立战略目标及其相配套的政策、把政策的着力点放在解决农民的"民生"问题、经济成长和农村环境保护上等。
The connotation of 20 words guideline from the centre government for new socialism village construction is expounded. Then, it stresses the significance of 6 aspects in building the new socialism village, i.e. the new farmer, new industries, new village, new organization, new environment and new service. In the end, it put forward the main policy measures for building new socialism village, which include establishing strategic goal, trying to solve the farmers＇ problem of subsistence and to drive the village＇s economy growth and protect the village environment.
