摘要
采用复分解反应法,以氯化铝(AlCl3)和叠氮化钠(NaN3)为反应物,利用简易的设备合成纳米氮化铝(AlN)粉末,合成温度为450℃,有效反应时间为24h,经XRD和TEM测试观察,所得样品为六方结构(h-AlN)AlN颗粒,颗粒直径约为75nm。样品的XRD图谱中无明显杂质峰,杂质相含量均小于仪器的探测灵敏度。
Aluminum nitride (AlN) powder were synthesized by the decomposition of AlCl3 and NaN3 at the temperature of 450 ℃ for 24 h. using simple equipment. The XRD and TEM show the obtained samples are pure hexagonal AlN particles, and the diameter of particle is about 75 nm. There is no obvious impurity phase in XRD pattern, and the level of impurity in the samples is lower than the resolution limit of the spectrometers.
