摘要
腰腿痛是临床常见病之一。而腰腿痛患者多有腰椎棘突偏歪。作者近十年来对186例腰腿痛患者进行了定点旅板和传统斜扳法的治疗，并作对照观察，结果表明：腰椎定点旋板组，优98例占79．67％；传统的斜板组优40例占63．49％。二组比较差异显著（P＜0．01）。腰椎定点旋扳法，方法独特，扛杆力运用巧妙准确，疗效迅速。
Deviation of lumbar spinal process are commen in patients with lumbodynia. we compared the effects of located rotatory chiropratic (LRC) of lumbar spinal process with traditional mettod (TM)in 186 patients with lumbodynia. The results showed that 98 cases (79.7%) were excellent in LRC group, while in TM group only 40 cases (63.49%) were excellent (P＞0.01). It can be located rotatory chiropratic of lumbar spinal process is a rapid and useful method for treatment of lumbodynia.
