摘要
作者通过对84例老年性骨质疏松性腰背痛误诊病例的调查分析发现：（1）该清首诊误诊率为47.17％（84/176）；（2）县以下医院误诊占91．3％（314/344）；（3）骨科医师误诊占40．1％（138／344）；（4）误诊的主要原因是对本病认识不足。
According to the study of 84 misdiagnosis cases of lumbago of geriatric patient the authorfinds: (1)The misdiagnosis of the patients first visit has a rate of 47.7% (84/126). (2)The misdiagnosisrate of junior level hospital is 91.3% (314/344 ). (3) The misdiagnosis rate of orthopaedists is 40.1%(138/344). (4)The major cause of the misdiagnosis is deficient the knowledge of lumbago of geriatric osteoporsis.
