摘要
目的探讨儿科门诊分诊护士沟通的技巧。方法总结儿科门诊分诊护士在进行语言性和非语言性沟通的技巧。结果有效的语言性沟通要注意语言的针对性、情感性、准确性和艺术性;有效的非语言性沟通要注意面部表情、距离、仪表、目光和触摸。结论沟通能建立相互理解、信任、支持的护患关系,丰富的业务知识是维持沟通的重要纽带。
Objective To explore nurses' techniques in communicating with patients in paediatrics out-patient clinic triage. Methods Lingual and non-lingual techniques in communicating with patients in paediatrics out-patient clinic triage were summarized. Results Effective lingual techniques included the direction, affection, accuracy and art of the language. Effective non-lingual techniques included facial expressions, distance, appearance, eye contact and touch. Conclusion Communication helps establish a comprehensive and supportive relationship between nurses and patients. Affluent clinical experience is an important bridge to the maintenance of communication.
