摘要
设计了一种用于发动机燃烧火焰光谱分析的新型光纤燃烧传感器,并应用OMA4光多通道分析仪在一台汽油机上进行了实际测量。试验表明,光纤燃烧传感器及其测量系统具有工作可靠、测量精度高、频率响应快等优点。光谱分析的结果证实了汽油燃烧火焰由碳粒子的连续光谱和各种中间产物的特征谱组成。这些光谱的光强变化反映了燃烧过程的规律。
A new fiber-optic combusion sensor (FOCS) is developed and used in the actual measurement with an Optical Multichannel Analyzer 4 (OMA4). Experimental results show that the sensor and its measurement system has advantages of reliable performance, high precision and sensible responsibility. It is made clear by spectra analysis that the flame emission spectra consists of continuous spectra of carbon soot and characteristic spectra of intermediate combustion products. The optical intensity variation of these spectra reflects the law of combustion process.
