摘要
观察Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ外固定治疗胫骨骨不连的效果。方法１６例胫骨骨不连，采用Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ方法治疗。结果经３～７个月加压外固定治疗均达到骨性愈合。结论Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ外固定器能为骨断端提供牢固稳定的固定，加压能刺激骨痂形成，是治疗骨不连的较好的方法。
Objective\ The results of Ilizarov external fixation for tibial nonunion were observed.\ Methods\ Ilizarov external fixation was performed for 16 patients with tibial nonunion.\ Results\ All patients had bony union between 3 and 7 months after exernal compression fixation. \ Conclusion\ Ilizarov external fixation can provide rigid fixation,promote callus format,so it is a good method for treatment of nonunion.
