摘要
公安机关的执法活动是实现公平和正义、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保证。这就要求公安机关必须正视在执法活动中存在的实际问题,并且提出行之有效的对策,彻底解决这些问题。
The law enforcement activities of public security organs will guarantee not only the realization of fairness and justice,but also the construction of the socialist harmonious society.Therefore,it＇s of vital importance for the public security organs to face up to the existing problems in law enforcement,and come up with effective countermeasures of thoroughly solving them.
