摘要
毛勒伸缩缝是桥梁伸缩缝的一种新结构,安装工艺较复杂,技术要求高。对E标段在安装毛勒伸缩缝实践中,对D80B、D160B型毛勒伸缩缝槽口尺寸的控制,毛勒缝装置的吊装、安装、调整、钢筋焊接等工艺及毛勒缝伸缩量的计算和安装、解锁温度等作了介绍。
The Maole expansion joint is a new texture of bridge expansion joints. Its relatively complex and technical requirements are higher. The paper introduces the installing control of notch technology is size of Maole expansion joint in Types of D80B and D160, the suspension of the joint device, its installation and regulation, the welding of its reinforcement, the calculation of the joint＇s expansion amount as well as the deblocking temp etc in installation of the joint at contract section E. It proposes yet the issues which should be noticed in installation. Above might be used for reference of construction technical staff.
