摘要
为了降低介质消耗,桃山选煤厂在重介质系统中进行了一系列的改造。通过改造弧形筛拆除浓缩旋流器组和更换磁选机得到了很好的脱介效果,降低了吨原煤介质消耗,提高了经济效益。
To reduce medium consumption, a series of transform were carried out in heavy medium system in Taoshan coal preparation plant. Through the arched screen removed, concentration cyclone group removed and magnetic Separator replaced, the good removing medium results was achieved, and medium consumption of foal coal per ton was reduced, and the economic benefit was enhanced.
