摘要
通过NH_4BF_4溶液对沸石分子筛进行脱铝补硅,对所得产物已用多种技术表征。结果表明,在此处理过程中,产物的硅铝比随溶液中NH_4BF_4浓度的增加而增加,热稳定性随之增强,酸量随之减弱,未发现硼对骨架元素的同晶置换,而发生了脱铝补硅作用。
Dealumination and silicon insertion of zeolites (Y, ZSM-5 and Beta) in an aqueous solution of NH4BF4 were investigated. The products were characterized by using various techniques such as XRD, IR, NMR, TPD and XRF. It is demonstrated that dealumination and silicon insertion occur definitely during this treatment. The Si/Al ratio is increased and the acidity is decreased with increasing the concentration of NH4BF4 used. In this process substitution of B for' the framework elements does not occur and the process is proven to be a useful method for monitoring the Si and Al siting in the zeolites.
