摘要
在进行高精度时差或相位测量时,由于测量设备各通道时延的不一致性会影响测量结果,本文分析了示波器通道时延偏差的测量方法,给出了两种方法的实验结果,实验结果表明,两种方法的符合度优于3ps。同时,也分析了示波器时基误差对测量结果的影响,给出了一种评价时基影响的实验方法,实验结果表明,对时基准确度是10-8的示波器,如果测量1μs的间隔,时基误差的影响小于50ps。
In accurate time difference or phase difference measurement, the time delay between different channels of the measurement equipment would degrade the measurement accuracy. In this paper, the method to measure the time delay difference between different channels is analyzed. Based on this, two methods that are used to calibrate the time delay between different channels are given. These methods are verified with measurement data. The experiment results show that the measurement result difference of these two methods is less than 3ps. At the same time, the effect of time base error on measurement result is discussed. And an experimental method that is used to evaluate the effect of time base is given. The experiment result shows that for an oscilloscope with time base accuracy of 10^-8 , and if the measured time interval is 1 μs, the effect of time base on measurement accuracy is no more than 50ps.
