摘要
法律作为一种社会现象,来自于社会也服务于社会,宪法也不例外。宪法作为国家和社会的高级法,决不应仅仅停留于政治国家层面,而必须深入社会生活,以社会发展和人民生活改善为终极关怀。由是观之,宪法是契约之法、和谐之法、稳定之法、维权之法、经世之法。
Law is a kind of social phenomena, coming from and serving for the society and constitution is no exception. As a superior law of the nation and society, constitution should never remain in the political realm only, but must go deep into the people＇s social activities at the same time. From the angle of the nation and society, the properties of constitution are the law of contract, of harmony, of maintaining stability, of standing up for the right, and of practice.
