系统性红斑狼疮合并吉兰-巴雷综合征二例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种累及多脏器的结缔组织病，常合并多种神经系统并发症。炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根病即吉兰-巴雷综合征（ Gullain-Barre syndrome, GBS ）是一种以运动障碍为主的自身免疫性周围神经病，分为急性（AIDP）与慢性（CIDP），AIDP一般认为与病毒感染或自身免疫异常有关；CIDP是慢性进展的免疫介导性周围神经疾病，国内报告占GBS的1．4％～4．7％。SLE合并GBS少见，现分析我院收治的2例SLE合并GBS的临床特点及诊治现状。
