摘要
研制了一种高活化铝锌合金牺牲阳极,对合金的活化行为作了分析讨论,该阳极在城市自来水中开路电位达到-1000mV^-1200mV(相对饱和甘汞电极,以下同),工作电位-950mV^-1100mV左右,电流效率52%~54%,实际电容量1300~1500A·h/kg。作为相同重量的热水器阳极,铝阳极的使用寿命约为镁阳极的2.3倍左右,该阳极是热水器中镁阳极理想的替代品。
A high active aluminum alloy anode has produced, its electrochemical performance were investigated. The ranger of open circle potential is from - 1000mV to - 1200mV(vs SCE), and close circle potentinlis from -950mV to -1100mV (vsSCE), the current efficiency is 52%- 54%, the practice electrochemical capacity is 1300-1500 A. h / kg. When their size saresame, the crevice life of this Al anode is two times longer than Mg anode, so Al anode produced by us is a better substitute for Mg anode in water heater.
