摘要
采用Sol-Gel法制备全组分高温PTC陶瓷材料,与常规固相反应法相比,对于相同配方和烧结工艺,可明显降低高温PTC陶瓷材料的电阻率。
The full composition high temperature PTC ceramics prepared with Sol Gel process, compared with the conventional PTC ceramics of the same composition prepared with solid phase reaction process, possess lower resistivity and excellent PTC response.
