摘要
论述了S7-400H热备型PLC应用于石油钻机电控装置的设计实例。并针对石油钻机特点,就基于S7-400H为核心的双冗余钻机控制系统的结构、系统硬件构成以及适应于钻井工艺特点的软件设计进行了阐述。
The design example of S7-400H redundancy PLC applied in electric control system of oil-drilling rigs is described. According to the characteristics of oil-drilling rig, based on the construction of drilling rig control system, which S7-400H redundancy is substantial, system hardware configuration as well as software design of adapt well drilling technology typical are demonstrated.
