摘要
串级调速当时是指异步机转子与外附的直流电动机两极联接所形成的调速,后改为静止的电力电子交流装置和变压器取代直流电动机。功率控制原理揭示了串级调速的本质,若从转差功率回收利用角度加以解释,那么实际上仍未摆脱传统理论的误区。串级调速在效率、机械特性等本质方面和变频调速几乎是完全一致的,而且高压大功率应用领域的经济性明显优于变频。串级调速技术也存在问题和不足,可以归结为两个方面:一是回馈方面的问题,二是交流控制问题。移相控制作为传统串级调速的交流控制方法存在着上述问题。斩波内馈调速是我国首创的新型交流调速技术,在原理和技术方面取得了长足的发展和进步,较好地解决了串级调速存在的问题和缺点。
Cascade control is connected with rotor of asynchronous motor and DC motor at that time. Afterwards it is improved to use static AC electronic equipment and transformer to replace DC motor. The theory of power control indicates that the essence of cascade control. But from the point of view of slip power, it actually do not get rid of the mistake of tradition theory, Cascade control is as same as variable-frequency speed control in essence such as efficiency, mechanical speciality etc. And its economy is prior to variable-frequency speed control evidently in the area of high-voltage big power. There are also problems and shortages in cascade control, It can come down to two aspects. One is the question in feedback,the other is the question in AC control. The before-mentioned question is also existent in phase shift control as AC control method of traditional cascade control. Chopper inner feedback control is a new type of AC control, which is initiated in our country. It procures long-range development and preferably resolves the problem and shortage in cascade control.
