摘要
建立了汽车动力总成悬置系统动力学模型,对其悬置支承参数进行了灵敏度分析,根据灵敏度分析结果和能量分布矩阵对某车动力总成悬置系统的刚度参数进行了改进设计,并对改进车辆进行了路试验证,取得了明显效果。
The design quality of engine mounting system directly affects the riding comfort. The dynamic model of engine mounting system has been established, and the sensitivity analysis to its supporting parameters has been done. The stiffness parameters of some engine mounting system were modified based on the analysis results and energy distribution matrix, the vibration characteristics for the modified vehicle on road was tested and the visible effect was obtained. The theory basis for the optimum design was provided.
