摘要 针对具有特殊运行工况的城市公交车辆,研究一制动能量回收与再利用系统,以期改善车辆的燃油与环保性能。设计了车辆制动能量回收与再利用的液压节能装置,对该节能装置的节能效率进行了探讨。该装置采用高、低压蓄能器、二通插装阀、可逆变量泵-马达等部件,使系统结构简单、运行可靠。 In order to improve fuel economy and reduce emission of city buses with special driving situation, a breaking energy regeneration system was developed and a hydraulic energy saving equipment was structured by using high and low pressure accumulators, plug-in valve, variable hydraulic unit and other accessories were designed. The energy saving efficiency has also been discussed. The equipment is simple in structure with high reliability.
