摘要
为实现对开关磁阻电动机的实时有效控制,在分析了开关磁阻电动机的调速系统和现有控制模式的基础上,设计了基于数字信号处理器(TMS320-LF2407)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(EPM3064)的开关磁阻电动机全数字控制器。对DSP和CPLD的功能进行了分配,并进行了二者之间的时序仿真分析,采用分段变参数PID控制方法,有效实现开关磁阻电动机的转速电流双闭环控制,取得预期的实验结果,满足高速电机对实时性的要求。
Based on the analysis of SRD (Speed regulating device) and the control modes of switched reluctance motor (SRM), the total digital controller fitting DSP (Digital signal processor)and CPLD (Complex programmable logic device) with their specific function was proposed, as well as a current PID controller and speed PID controller. Experiment result showed that this controller could effectively implement control of the switched reluctance motor to satisfy the real time requirements of high speed motor.
