摘要
在配电变压器生产过程中,经常出现因为低压引线铜排焊接质量问题,造成产品质量不合格。低压引线铜排的焊接质量的稳定性控制,除了对焊接强度有要求以外,还要求焊接接头的接触电阻三相平衡。通过大量的试验和生产实践,选择磷铜作为钎料,总结了提高配电变压器低压引线铜排焊接质量的具体措施,在生产实践中取得了较好的效果。
In the producing process of distribution transformer,usually causing products disqualification because of the leads copper row welding quality problems in the low-voltage side of transformer.To control the welding quality for the leads copper row in the low-voltage side not only require the welding intensity,but also require the three phases balance for the welded joints of the contact resistance.A lot of tests and producing practices were carried out by selecting phosphor copper as solder.the measures of improving welding quality were summed up in this paper, and it achieves good results in practice.
