摘要
选用三乙胺为模板剂,采用水热晶化法合成了LaAPO-5分子筛,研究了晶化温度、晶化时间、模板剂用量及体系pH等条件对分子筛晶相的形成和产物结晶度的影响.得出优化的合成条件为:原料摩尔配比n(Et3N):n(Al2O3):n(P2O5):n(La2O3):n(H2O)=(0.7~0.8):0.8:1.0:0.2:60;晶化时间48h;晶化温度为150℃;反应混合物的pH值范围为5.4~6.0.通过XRD、IR、TEM及TG—DTA等分析手段,对其晶体结构和物化性能进行了分析研究,结果表明,LaAPO-5分子筛具有AlPO4-5型分子筛结构,且具有较高的催化活性和良好的热稳定性.
The molecular sieve of LaAPO-5 is synthesized by means of hydrothermal crystallization method with the organic amine (Et3N) used as the template. The influence of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, dosage of template and pH of the system on the formation and crystallinity of the product phase is studied. The optimal conditions of synthesis are as follows : Et3N : Al2O3 : P2O5 : La2O3 : H2O=(0.7 ~ 0.8) : 0.8 : 1.0 : 0. 2 ~ 60 ; crystallization time- 48 hours ; crystallization temperature --150℃ ;pH of the system --from 5.4 to 6.0. The crystal.structure and physical chemistry properties are researched by means of XRD, IR, TEM and TG--DTA analysis. Results show that the structure of LaAPO-5 is of the AlPO4-5 molecular sieve type, It has not high high thermal stability but also great catalytic activity.
