关于饭店品牌忠诚管理的探讨——基于北京、四川部分饭店调查数据 被引量:1

摘要 本文对饭店业品牌忠诚的影响因子进行了实证研究。在研究中,通过理论分析提出假设,并借鉴相关量表形成调查问卷的设计依据,设计了针对饭店业品牌忠诚的实际测量项目。对于得到的调查数据,采用SPSS软件包,使用描述性统计分析、回归分析等统计方法,对研究假设和关系模型进行了检验和修正。针对实证研究结果得出结论及建议,以期对我国饭店品牌忠诚管理有所贡献和借鉴。
