摘要
根据Hydromay5_V平网印花机的现状,研制了平网印花机现场总线控制系统,并详细介绍了系统的组成、功能和软件设计。解决了传统平网印花机控制系统存在的问题,实现了整机的数字化功能。并为实现印染企业的信息化生产与管理奠定了基础。
A field bus control systems of flat-screen printing machine based on Hydromay5_V flat-screen printing machine is put forward, and the system constitution, system function and software design according to the demands of the machine are introduced in detail. Application of fieldbus in flat -screen printing machine can solve the problems that exist in conventional controlling system,and the digital function of the whole machine is realized. Moreover,itlaid good foundation for information-based production and management of the printing and dyeing workshop.
