Experiment of heat pipe thermal performance

摘要 进行了热管与铜棒热性能的对比实验。实验结果表明,只有当速度场、温度场和重力场协同时,热管才具有最佳传热能力。热管总热阻随倾角变化,逆重力工作时的总热阻分别是重力辅助和水平工作的100倍和10倍;热源在上垂直热管的蒸发端和冷凝端的当量换热系数分别是水平放置热管的4倍和3倍;铜棒热阻是相同尺寸热管垂直热源在下时的100倍以上,体现了热管热阻小、传热系数大及等温性好的优势。 Experimentation was presented in order to compare thermal performance heat pipe and copper stick. When field of temperature gravity and velocity cooperate with, heat pipe will have best heat transfer performance. Experiment results indicate that thermal resistance of heat pipe go with incline angle change. The total thermal resistance at thwart gravity are the 100 times of gravity assistant and 10 times at horizontal orientation. The equivalent heat transfer coefficients of evaporator and condenser section with bootom-heating vertical mode are respectively the 4 and 3 tims than that of horizontal mode. Thermal resistance of copper stick compared to heat pipe with bottom-heating vertical mode and the same size are more 100 times, it shows that heat pipe have more better advantage with thermal resistance small, coefficient f heat transfer high and uniformity temperature.
