摘要
为了研究聚酯多元醇羟值的测定方法,改变传统的无水乙醇配制KOH标准溶液的测定方法,考查了用水代替无水乙醇配制KOH标准溶液对羟值测定的影响;乙酸丁酯对羟值测定的影响.结果表明,在聚酯多元醇羟值的测定过程中,可以用水代替无水乙醇配制KOH标准溶液进行羟值的测定;测定中如果不加入乙酸丁酯,对羟值测定的影响不大.该方法可用于聚酯多元醇羟值的测定.
the determination method of hydroxyl value of polyester polyol using potassium hydrate solution to replace its ethanol solution in the traditional method was discussed in this paper. The influences of using water to replace ethanol and n- buthyl acetate on the determination of hydroxyl value in polyester ployol were investigated. The results showed that water can be used to replace ethanol to prepare potassium hydrate solution for determining the hydroxyl value in polyester polyol. And there is little influence without adding n-buthyl acetate.
