摘要
目的：观察角膜康对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法：治疗中观察组92例（98只眼）用角膜康和无环鸟苷滴眼液；对照组90例（92只眼）未用角膜康。随访10～25个月，平均16个月。结果：治疗有效者观察组93只眼，对照组77只眼。平均治愈天数观察组少于对照组。随访期间观察组中随访75只眼，复发9只眼；对照组随访49只眼，复发21只眼。结论：角膜康对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎有提高疗效和降低复发率的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of jiaomokang in treatment of re-lapsing herpes simplex keratitis. METHODS: Ninety two cases (98 eyes) of the observation groupwere treated with jiaomokang and acyclovir and 90 cases (92 eyes) of the control were treated with-out jiaomokang. The follow up periods ranged from 10 to 25 months with average period 16months. RESULTS: Effective eyes were 93 for the observation group and 77 for the control group.The average days for curing in the observation group was obvinusly shorter than that in the con-trolgroup. Among 75 eyes followed up 9 eyes recurred in observation group and 21 of 49 eyes fol-lowed up recurred in the control group. CONCLUSION: Jiaomokang may improve curing effectand reduce recurrence rate in the treatment of relapsing herpes simplex keratitis.
