摘要
目的:探讨实验性高眼压机网膜损伤的机制和青光眼Ⅰ号的治疗作用。方法:兔眼前房少量多次注射2%甲基纤维素造成高眼压视网膜损伤模型。测定治疗组和对照组视网膜超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、琥珀酸脱氨酶(succinicdehydrogenase,SDH)和三磷酸腺普酶(adenosinetriposphatase,ATPas)的活性以及脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxide,LPO)的含量。结果:在高眼压视网膜损伤眼视网膜中SOD、SDHATPase活性降低,LPO含量增加,治疗组视网膜SOD、SDH、ATPase活性提高,LPO含量降低。结论:自由基损害及能量代谢障碍参与了高眼压视网膜损伤,青光眼Ⅰ号既可保护视网膜免受自由基损伤,又能使视网膜能量代谢恢复正常,从而起到治疗作用。
OBJECTIVES: To investigate the mechanism of retina injury caused by ocularhypertension and its curing effect of qingguangyan-1 (QGY-1, a TCM preparation for glaucoma).METHODS: Make ocular hypertensive retina injury model by small dosage inkction of 2%methylceluse into the rabbit anterior chamber repeatedly and measure the activities of thesuperoxide dismutase (SOD), succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase)and the content of the lipidperoxide(LPO) in retina. RESULTS: The SOD, SDH and ATPase ac-tivities in the retina of the ocular hypertension injured eyes were lowered and the content of LPOin these retina was raised, while in the retina of the treatment group, the activities of SOD, SDHand ATPase were raised and the content of LPO was lowered. CONCLUSION: The free radicalimpairing and lesion of energy metabohsm participate in retinal injury process. Not only canQGY-1 protect retina from free radical impairing, but also can it recover normal energymetabolism, and thus cure the injury.
