摘要
本文对铜(Ⅱ)-组氨酸配位吸附波的极谱行为进行了研究,该波属不可逆波。测定了配合物的组成及其条件生成常数和化学反应速率常数,对电极反应机制也进行了探讨。
In this paper, the polarographic behaviors of Cu ( Ⅱ )-histidine adsorptive-complex wave have been studied in 0. 2 mol/L NaOH medium. The experimental results show that it is a irreversible wave. The composition, conditional stability constant(K) and dissociation constant(Kb) of the complex were determined. The mechanism of electrod process has also been discussed.
