摘要
聚丙烯纤维混凝土具有韧性强、抗裂性能好、耐磨损性能及抗渗性能好等特点,常用于有抗冲击、耐磨性及抗裂要求的建筑楼面、屋面以及超长墙体的抗裂与抗渗设计之中。介绍聚丙烯纤维混凝土的工作性能及特点,并结合北京奥运工程介绍"Grace-PP纤维"在地下室超长墙体中的应用。实际结果表明,聚丙烯纤维混凝土达到了预期的抗渗及抗裂效果,可供设计及施工参考。
The Polypropylene Fiber Concrete (PFC), with a good performance in the toughness, crack resistance, wear resistance and impermeability, has been widely used in the floor and the basement design. In this paper, the behaviour of PFC is introduced and the application of PFC with "Grace - PP 19" fiber in the super - length basement design for Beijing Olympic Games is paid particular attention. The practice proves the high crack resistance and impermeability.
