摘要
维持产业间的合理比例关系是一种适应产业现状的调整。要实现“九五”规划和２０１０年远景目标，必须加大结构调整力度，推进产业结构的战略性调整，如按市场需求培育新经济增长点，正确选择支柱产业，合理利用外资与引进先进技术，以及深化改革。
Abstract To maintain rational proportional relations among industries is the readjustment to adapt the status-quo of industries.With the view to realize the designs of Nineth Five-Years-Plan and the prospective goals by 2010, the momentum of structural readjustment should be added and strategic readjustment should be promoted such as the fostering of new economic growth point, correctly shoosing of pillar industries, rationally utilizing foreign capital and introducing in advanced techs and deepening reform, overcoming systematic obstacles to structural readjustment.
