摘要
[目的]了解县城高中学生应激情况及其相关因素,为减轻应激程度,促进学生的身心健康提供依据。[方法]分层整群抽样抽取的某县城两所高中的14个班级的661名学生用学生生活应激问卷(SLSI)进行调查分析。[结果]应激总评分范围为67~206,均分为122.46;自我加强和压力是主要的应激源;情绪反应是主要的应激反应;性别、兴趣爱好、家庭成员关系、父母文化程度不同的群体应激程度不同。[结论]积极的心理引导、广泛的兴趣爱好、和谐的家庭关系有助于缓解高中学生的应激强度。
[Objective] To explore the stress status of senior middle school students in some county and the correlative factors, so as to provide basis for easing degree of stress and protnoting students' physical and mental health. [Methods] With Student-Life Stress Inventory (SLSI), investigation and analysis were conducted among 661 students of 14 classes in two senior middle schools of the county by the method of stratified cluster sampling. [ Results] Distribution scope of stress scores ranged from 67 to 206, the mean scores was 122.46; serf-strengthening and pressure were the main sources of stress; and emotional reaction was the main stress reaction; the stress degrees of students of different sex, interest, family member relation, cultural degree of parents were different. [Conclusions] The active mental releasing, extensive interests, harmonious family relation contribute to alleviating strength of stress of senior middle school students.
