摘要
本文分析了造成高校图书馆外文期刊利用率低的原因与问题，针对问题，根据自己从事外刊工作的经验。
From the library of college and University itself and its readers, this article analyzes the cause why the foreign periodicals are being used in a low rate and the problems which exist in it. According to these problems and my working experience, some proposals on how to make better use of the foreign periodicals are put forward.
