蛋白质芯片技术在肿瘤研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着人类基因组计划的顺利实施,蛋白质芯片技术迅速发展起来,在疾病诊断治疗、药物研发、蛋白质组学研究、食品监督、环境监测等领域得到广泛应用。蛋白质芯片在揭示肿瘤的发病规律、寻找肿瘤标志物、早期诊断及抗肿瘤药物的研发等方面具有积极的推动作用,受到国内外学者的广泛重视。近年来对蛋白质芯片在肿瘤研究中的应用取得了新的进展。
