摘要
为了提高测试精度,在充分分析红外热图和测量环境的基础上,编制了与AGEMA 900热像仪工作方式相对应的自动控制软件,通过控制云台的转动、镜头电机的旋转时间和边缘检测清晰度相结合的方法实现了热像仪自动搜索目标、自动对焦功能,测试精度和重复性好。该自动测量系统特别适用于不同视场中的多个目标需要进行不同时间段上的测试,具有较强的推广和使用价值,同时也为多传感器图像融合提供了基础平台。
To improve test accuracy, an auto-control software was worked out relevant to working of AGEMA900 thermal imaging based on the analyzed thermal image and measurement environment. It realized auto-search target and auto right focus of thermal imaging by controlling running of fiat roof and circumvolving time of lens electric machinery and definition of edge-detection and had good test accuracy and repeatability. This auto-measurement system suits testing of different time of multi-targets on different views and can be applied widely. Meanwhile it provides foundation for image merging of multi-sensors.
