摘要
从研究“以人为本”动态管理方法的基本内涵入手,通过大量应用性研究和实证方法,介绍各种“以人为本”动态管理方法的实际应用、适用范围和发挥的作用,对现代消防管理的实践起到了一定的指导作用。
Beginning with the connotation of dynamic management approach, this paper introduces the practices of this approach, the range of the application and the real effects of this approach by much practical study. This study has its due guide for the modern fire management.
