摘要
从果树种植到果品消费,果树生理代谢紊乱现象均有发生,即使采取科学合理的培养方法也频繁发生。生物因素并非诱导代谢紊乱发生的主要因素,而非生物因素如光、温度、水和果实生长期不适宜的气候条件、运输条件和贮藏条件是其主要诱因,不科学的果园管理也会引起紊乱病变。另外,某些果树种类较容易发生某种代谢紊乱。
Fruit disorder is commonly found even after the proper cultivation practices. Fruit disorders are usually started from field and continued until consumptions. Biotic factors are not responsible however it is causes by abiotic factors like light, temperature, water and unfavorable climatic condition during fruit growing, transportation and storage. It is also causes by poor orchard management practices. In addition, in many cases, certain varieties are more predisposed to a specific disorder than others. Fruit disorders cause economic losses. Types of fruit disorder, causes and control strategy and some precaution are discussed here.
