摘要
本文阐述了和谐管理概念及其特点,分析了医院图书馆实施和谐管理的意义,并针对医院图书馆存在的一些不和谐现象,提出了实施和谐管理的构想。
The notion and character of harmonious management was stated in this paper. It is necessary to apply harmonious management in hospital libraries. The concept of implementing harmonious management in hospital library was discussed in allusion to inharmonious phenomenon on management in hospital library.
