摘要
未培养微生物是指迄今在实验室的条件下无法纯培养的微生物。由于这类微生物在自然环境微生物群落中占有非常高的百分比(约为99%),无论是其物种类群,还是新陈代谢途径、生理生化反应与产物等,都存在着不同程度的新颖性和丰富的多样性,因而其中势必蕴涵着巨大的生物资源。所以,对各种自然环境微生物尤其是对未培养微生物进行广泛深入的研究,不仅是微生物学基础理论研究的需要,也是未培养微生物资源开发利用的基础。
Uncultured microorganisms are the species which have not been cultured under laboratory conditions. Most(almost 99%)of microorganisms distributing in natural environment are uncultivable.These microorganisms will become tremendous biologic resource because of their diversity on species, metabolic paths, biochemical reactions and productions. Therefore the microorganisms and especially uncultured microorganisms should be studied thoroughly, because they are important and necessary for researching microbiology theories and utilizing uncultured microbial resources.
