老年人左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的围手术期治疗 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨老年人左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的围手术期治疗。方法对25例老年人左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的患者,均行急诊手术,其中一期切除吻合15例,肿瘤切除近端造瘘8例,单纯近端造瘘2例。结果24例患者安全渡过围手术期,死亡1例,术后出现吻合瘘2例,切口感染4例,切口裂开2例,肺炎2例。结论对老年人左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的患者,充分做好围手术期准备工作,积极处理合并的内科疾病,术中根据患者的具体情况,采取合适的手术方式,患者能安全渡过围手术期。
