考虑负荷实际分布的分时段CRP改进算法

An Improved CRP Algorithm Considering Time Bucket and Distributed Real Load

摘要 在分析ERP中CRP算法存在不足的基础上,研究了CRP中工作中心负荷的计算方法,指出标准CRP算法在计算工作中心负荷时与实际负荷分布存在明显偏差,在此基础上提出了考虑负荷实际分布的分时段CRP改进算法,建立了基于这一原理的CRP算法模型,并以实际案例验证了这一改进算法的正确性与价值,对相关问题进行了讨论. This paper studies the load algorithm of work center through analyzing the problems of the general CRP algorithm. It points out that the work center load result based on the CRP algorithm doesn't correspond with the distributed real load, which takes the total of the load starting from the time bucket as the total load of the work center in the time bucket. Accordingly, it puts forward an improved CRP Algorithm considering time bucket and distributed real load and establishes the algorithm model . With the help of the case data, the validity of the algorithm is tested and the relative factor on the algorithm is also discussed at last.
