摘要
目的探讨固本益肠片联合培菲康治疗功能性腹泻的疗效。方法将218例功能性腹泻病人随机分成2组,治疗组给予固本益肠片联合培菲康治疗,对照组给予培菲康治疗,疗程均为4周,观察治疗4周及停药8周时的临床症状。结果治疗组治疗4周时总有效率94.5%,对照组83.6%(P<0.05);停药8周时总有效率90.8%,明显优于对照组73.6%(P<0.05)。结论固本益肠片联合培菲康治疗功能性腹泻疗效满意,作用持久。
Objective To study the curative effect of Gubenyichang and Biffico in the treatment of functional diarrhea. Methods 218 patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups and given Gubenyichang and Biffico or Biffico separately, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. The change of clinical symptoms was observed after treating 4 weeks and after stopping treatment 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group after treating 4 weeks （94. 5% ） was higher compared with the control group （83.6%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the total effective rate in the treatment group after stopping treatment 8 weeks （90.8%） was higher compared with the control group （73.6%）, there was significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Gubenyichang and Biffico in the treatment of functional diarrhea is significant and longer.
