元语篇在语篇翻译意识构建中的角色定位 被引量:4

摘要 元语篇和主语篇共同构成一个完整的语篇,两者相互依存、相辅相成,都是传递语篇构建者思想意图不可或缺的组成部分。在翻译活动中,译文中的元语篇使用状况体现着译者的语篇意识,这有助于译者忠实、通顺地传达原文思想内容并构建符合目的语语篇特点的译文。因此,元语篇可以帮助译者组织译文、引导主题内容并提示命题,这为译者语篇意识的构建提供了基础。 Metadiscourse and primary discourse, which constitute the whole of a discourse and interact with each other, are essential components for the delivery of discourse constructor's ideas. And in translation activities, the use of metadiscourse embodies the discourse awareness of the translator, which helps the translator convey the thought of the original text faithfully and smoothly while conforming to the nature of the target language. Therefore, metadiscourse serves as the basis for the raising of the translator's discourse awareness, since it may help the translator organize translation, introduce propositional content and signal proposition.
